Two Prenatal Visits: You will receive three in-person prenatal visits with your doula:

•  (Around 33/34 Weeks Gestation): This comprehensive session is designed to address your fears and concerns specifically about labor and delivery. We will discuss your past experiences harness what works and change what did not. We will basically have a dress rehearsal, for the day of labor and delivery. Focusing on the baby, we will review all of your baby's equipment, ensuring your bed is safe and helping you create a postpartum support team. We'll discuss the first hours of your baby's life after birth, including positive communication with the baby and what to expect during the initial hours and the first days at home or in the hospital. Additionally, we’ll discuss how to introduce the baby to his/her sibling, what to expect how to create a smooth transition.

• 2nd Visit: Focusing on the baby, we will review all of your baby's equipment, ensuring your bed is safe and helping you create a postpartum support team. We will inspect your breastfeeding tools (breast pump, bottles, nipple shield, etc.), car seat, strollers, baby seats, and more. We'll discuss the first hours of your baby's life after birth, including positive communication with the baby and what to expect during the initial hours and the first days at home or in the hospital.

Continuous Labor Support: Receive unwavering emotional and physical support throughout your labor, whether at home or in the hospital. Your doula will assist with massage, hypnotherapy, and aromatherapy to align with your preferences. We have done more that 1100 births and have a wonderful experience and deep knowledge of personnel and procedure.  We are committed to being your advocate at the hospital so that you may receive the care you need promptly. 

Two Postpartum Home Visits: Giuditta, a certified lactation educator, will assist you in perfecting breastfeeding techniques and address non-medical concerns such as pumping and milk production during two postpartum home visits. Additionally, you will receive guidance on newborn care, bonding activities, and nutrition to ensure a positive breastfeeding experience and promote healthy sleep patterns. What sets Giuditta apart is her baby care program. She will not only teach you how to feed, change, and help your baby sleep but also how to play with your baby to strengthen your bond. This program includes specific instructions on planning your postpartum period proactively rather than reactively. Learning how to play with your baby will also contribute to better and more sound sleep for your little one. Additionally, your doula will teach you how to bathe your baby and provide infant massage as part of a nightly ritual, establishing a comforting routine that will benefit you and your baby throughout childhood.

6 Weeks of Unlimited Virtual Support: Enjoy three weeks of unlimited virtual support via text or phone from our experienced postpartum doula and lactation expert, Giuditta, providing invaluable assistance and peace of mind during the postpartum period.
